Eurakha Singh, SDB Social Development Manager said “Dalton area has had some challenges in recent years due to neglect and loss of business confidence. She said that the aim of this project is revive interest in the area and restore the area to a safe, vibrant place. South Durban Basin Area Based Management Team in partnership with line departments from eThekwini Municipality is committed to improving the social / environmental / economic conditions within the entire precinct”. |
